(Pickup at Calgary / Airdrie)

Your day begins with a comfortable morning departure in our spacious vehicle. As you journey east from Calgary into the prehistoric heart of Alberta, you'll witness the dramatic transition from prairie grasslands to the otherworldly badlands landscape. Your first stop is at the internationally renowned Royal Tyrrell Museum, where you'll spend two hours exploring the world's largest collection of dinosaur fossils. Walk through prehistoric landscapes and stand in awe beneath complete dinosaur skeletons as expert exhibits bring the ancient world to life before your eyes.

Later the scenic drive through the eleven bridges of the ghost town of Wayne brings you to the legendary Last Chance Saloon, steeped in frontier history and outlaw tales. After lunch in Wayne's Last Chance Saloon, In the afternoon, you'll cross the historic Rosedale Suspension Bridge before touring with a visit to the eerily beautiful Hoodoos, where you'll walk among towering stone pillars sculpted by millions of years of erosion.

Later in the day you'll ascend the World's Largest Dinosaur statue, climbing through its massive body to emerge from its jaws for spectacular panoramic views of the valley. Your final stop at Horseshoe Canyon offers a breathtaking introduction to the unique geology of the region as you descend into the canyon for up-close views of the striped rock formations.

Throughout the day, keep your camera ready for stunning landscapes and the unique flora and fauna of the badlands ecosystem. You'll return with a deeper appreciation for Alberta's prehistoric past and geological wonders.
